• Form Processing (FormSubmit): The website contact enquiry form is processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-routing service that securely transmits submissions directly to our designated practice email address (info@newyoumedical.co.za). The New You Medical Aesthetics website itself does not maintain a local database or archive of form submissions. FormSubmit is an independent processor and may retain submissions in accordance with its own service terms and data retention protocols.
• Interactive Mapping (Google Maps): Clinic branch locations and map interfaces are rendered using external Google Maps services.
• Clinical Booking Gateway (HealthAccess): Online appointment reservations are accessed via external links to HealthAccess (hea.mobi / nym.healthaccess.co.za). HealthAccess operates as an independent external booking gateway and is not embedded as a payment or booking system within the New You website. The website itself does not process payments, store payment card details, or conclude financial transactions on-site. Applicable booking, payment, and cancellation terms are presented directly on HealthAccess at the booking stage.
• Social Media Outbound Links: Links to our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) are ordinary outbound links. The website does not embed third-party tracking pixels, remarketing tags, or third-party social media tracking software.
• No Ancillary Marketing Services: The website build includes no automated third-party email marketing relays or undocumented external tracking services.
